The safest way on WordPress is a small header-and-footer plugin: your code stays put when the theme updates, and you never touch theme files.
Copy it from Dashboard → Install; it already contains your site key. It looks like this:
<script async src="https://cornerhello.com/w/l.js" data-site="YOUR_SITE_KEY"></script>In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New, search for “WPCode”, then install and activate it.
Open Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
Paste your CornerHello line into the Footer box.
Click Save Changes, then open your site in a private window: the bubble appears after a few seconds.
