Add a video bubble to your Thinkific site

Thinkific's Site Footer Code runs on most pages of your site, so one paste is enough to greet visitors on your course landing pages.

Before you start

A paid Thinkific plan (Basic or higher). Site Footer Code isn't available on the free plan.
The Site Owner or Site Admin role.
Your CornerHello install line (Dashboard → Install).

Your install line

Copy it from Dashboard → Install; it already contains your site key. It looks like this:

Steps

From your Thinkific admin dashboard, go to Settings.

Open the Code & Analytics tab.

Paste your CornerHello line into the Site Footer Code field.

Click Save, then open your site in a private window.

Check that it works

Open your site in a private window and wait a few seconds: the bubble slides into the corner. In your dashboard, Install → Verify confirms that the line is found. Nothing showing? Check that the page matches your funnel’s page rules and that the funnel is published.

Thinkific doesn't run footer code on Performance Checkout, community or direct-message pages, or, by default, on the Learner Hub and new Course Player. The bubble stays where people decide, not where they study.

CornerHello on Thinkific

Will students see the bubble during lessons?

Not by default. Thinkific doesn't run site footer code in the new Course Player unless you turn that on.

Does it work on course landing pages?

Yes. Footer code runs on your site pages, including course landing pages.
