Privacy policy

This policy covers cornerhello.com and our early-access list. When CornerHello opens, we will publish a fuller policy that also covers customer accounts and the people who visit our customers’ websites.

• Early-access form: your email address and, if you choose to add them, your name, website, what you would use CornerHello for and any message.
• Partner applications: your name, email, website or channel, audience size and how you plan to share CornerHello.
• Referral code: if you arrive through a partner’s link (cornerhello.com/r/…), we keep that code in a first-party cookie called ch_ref for 60 days, so we can credit the partner if you sign up. It holds only the code, not who you are.
• The video bubble: if you close it, your browser remembers that for the current session so it doesn’t come back. Nothing is recorded by the bubble on this website.
• Visit counts: when a page of this website opens, we add one to that day’s total for the page, the website you came from (its name only, like producthunt.com), the campaign in the link if it has one (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and whether you’re on a phone or a computer. We store only these daily totals: no cookies, nothing saved on your device, no IP address and no id that could tell us who you are.
• Where a sign-up came from: if you join the early-access list, we save with it the page you signed up on, the website you came from and the link’s campaign, so we know which channels bring people.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure. To stop one address from sending too many forms or visits, we also keep it in a short-lived counter that deletes itself within an hour.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers below.

• To email you about early access and when your account is ready (with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time).
• To review partner applications and credit partners for the people they refer.
• To keep the website running and secure.
• To see which pages and channels bring visitors and sign-ups, so we can improve the website and stop spending time on what doesn’t work.

• Railway hosts the website (United States).
• Supabase stores the early-access list and partner applications (United States).

We keep early-access and partner details until your account is set up, and at most 12 months after CornerHello opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Email hello@cornerhello.com to get a copy of your details, correct them or have them deleted. Every email we send has a way to stop further emails. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also contact your data protection authority.

This website and the early-access list are meant for businesses and people aged 16 and over.

If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
