Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

These are the rules for using CornerHello. We kept them short and in plain words. Please read them before you sign up.

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Omnipure Marketing LLC (“CornerHello”, “we”, “us”), 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. By creating an account or using CornerHello, you agree to them. If you use CornerHello for a company, you confirm that you can agree for that company, and “you” means the company.

What CornerHello is

CornerHello lets businesses upload or record videos and build “funnels”: a video bubble shown on their website through our script, and a share link. Visitors can click buttons, fill in forms, write answers or record video answers. CornerHello is meant for business use, not for personal or household use.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give us a real email address.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
  • Tell us right away at hello@cornerhello.com if you think someone else got into your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use CornerHello to:

  • Show or collect content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Pretend to be someone you are not, or mislead visitors about who you are or what you sell.
  • Record people without the consent the product asks for. Don’t hide, change or work around the consent screen visitors see before they record.
  • Make hiring, firing or similar decisions about a person automatically with AI, based on answers or data from CornerHello. A human must make those decisions.
  • Target children, or collect answers from people you know are under 16.
  • Send spam, spread malware, or attack, overload, scrape or try to break into CornerHello or anyone else’s systems.
  • Resell CornerHello or build a competing product from it, unless we agree in writing.

You can report content that breaks these rules on our report page.

Your duties for your visitors’ data

When visitors to your website or share link use your funnels, you decide what to collect and why. For that data you are the “controller” and we are your “processor”. Our Data Processing Addendum is part of these terms and explains how we handle it.

  • You must have a lawful reason to collect what you ask for, and tell visitors about it in your own privacy policy.
  • You must add a link to your privacy policy before video answers can be turned on. We show that link on the consent screen.
  • You are responsible for answering your visitors’ requests to see or delete their data. You can delete answers in CornerHello at any time.
  • Follow the laws that apply to you, such as privacy, consumer, marketing and employment laws.

Plans and billing

  • We offer Free, Starter ($19 a month), Pro ($49 a month) and Business ($125 a month) plans. Yearly billing costs 20% less. Current prices and limits are on our pricing page.
  • New accounts can try Pro free for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
  • Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which sells CornerHello to you as the merchant of record. Polar charges you, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, sends invoices and handles refunds. Polar’s own terms also apply to the purchase.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Add-on packs (+500 answer minutes for $15, +10,000 visitors for $10) count only for the current month.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.
  • If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and it starts with your next billing period.

The founding-member lifetime deal

  • The lifetime deal is a one-time payment of $79. It is limited to 150 buyers.
  • It gives one account the Starter plan’s limits for as long as CornerHello runs, with no monthly fee.
  • “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the CornerHello service, not of a person or business. It can’t be transferred or resold.
  • You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • The usual terms apply, including acceptable use and suspension.

Limits

  • Each plan has limits, such as visitors, answer minutes, sites and funnels.
  • If you go over a limit, you get 20% extra before we ask you to upgrade. We don’t switch your bubbles off in the middle of a month.
  • If you move to a smaller plan, or your trial ends, funnels above the new plan’s limit are paused, never deleted. The newest published ones stay on, and you can choose which ones to switch back on, or upgrade.

Suspension

We may pause or close an account, or take content down, if it breaks these terms, puts visitors or our service at risk, or if we are required to by law. When we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If a payment fails, we may move the account to the Free plan.

Your content and our service

  • You keep all rights to your videos, funnels and the answers you collect. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to run CornerHello for you.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including the right to show the people who appear in your videos.
  • We keep all rights to CornerHello itself: the software, the script, the design and the name. You may use the script and the product only as these terms allow.
  • If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
  • Free-plan bubbles may show a small “CornerHello” link.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep CornerHello running and secure, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Transcripts and AI summaries, when enabled, can contain mistakes; check anything important against the original answer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about CornerHello is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending your account and getting your data

  • You can close your account at any time. Before you do, you can download your answers from the inbox as a CSV file. Email us if you need anything else.
  • After an account closes, we delete its videos, funnels and answers, apart from what we must keep by law. Billing records are kept by Polar as the merchant of record.
  • If we ever shut CornerHello down, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you have time to download your data.
  • The parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue after an account ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using CornerHello after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
